Objectives MAIN-GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

Main-general objective of the project is therefore to provide participants with new tools within everyone’s reach to stimulate young women (but not only) with whom they will come into contact to get involved, to evaluate ways and options to achieve their goals or to create new ones that they did not even dare to think of before.

  • Improve self-knowledge through the experiential work of the male and female parts.
  • Help to understand, through contact, how to better relate to the other.
  • The extended concept of seduction (people, environment, manipulation) will be declined, whereby each individual can seduce the environment in an active, effective, enterprising way, but also in a silent and attentive, receptive way.
  • Through exercises and practical examples, the different parts of each one will be experimented with the aim of increasing awareness of how one behaves in relating to others.
  • he “body language” topic will be addressed, which will help to become aware of what the body says when it is in an interpersonal relationship: the difference between coming into contact actively and receptively.
  • We will discuss the importance of how: Relating in work and in social life with gender differences; Enhance gender differences and how not to suffer them;
  • In-depth studies will be made with experts on the themes of fear and anger..

Brave Women in Action:

Introduction:

Brave Women in Action – BWA is a training course approved under the Key Action KA153 – Mobility for Socioeducational Animators of the Erasmus + program.

ΣAccording to the World Economic Forum’s Global Gender Gap Report 2021,achieving equality and bridging the gender gap is still a long way off. In just one generation, the gender gap has increased from 99.5 years to 135.6 years worldwide. .

Furthermore, the Covid-19 pandemic has significantly worsened the situation. Even within the most economically developed countries, the situation is serious and has been exacerbated by the pandemic, as home and family care and management work is still disproportionately attributed to women. This, combined with the fact that the sectors most affected by the pandemic appear to be those where women are most employed, has only worsened the pre-existing gender gap. The COVID-19 pandemic has raised new barriers to building inclusive and prosperous economies.

The project partners have the prerogative of encouraging and stimulating the development of the most fragile and sensitive young people for a better integration into society and the labour market. They are also involved in providing support to women who have suffered physical and psychological violence to try to recreate that self-esteem sufficient and necessary to face daily difficulties with determination and courage.

The project aims to raise awareness among youth workers on the need to find suitable tools and methods to improve women’s self-esteem and determination, to allow them to become aware of their means and abilities, to find an adequate place in the world of work and in the social context.

At the end of the training, youth workers will be able to prepare integration and motivational programs for young women using non-formal learning techniques based on “Tangotherapy”and “Self Defense”.
